Key responsibilities
Estimate
- Revise cost estimates;
- Communicate with business partners and team members regarding new and ongoing projects;
- Prepare and send requests, invite subcontractors to bid in the different trades;
- Analyze the offers received by subcontractors;
- Assist in the preparation of the final price of the project;
- Develop and monitor offers;
- Develop and complete estimates on time;
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Project Management
- Assist the team in the management of ongoing projects by ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs and quality;
- Assist in the preparation of timelines;
- Prepare notices of change;
- Carry out technical follow-up of communications;
- Plan and confirm material deliveries;
- Carry out the control of workshop drawings;
- Ensure the follow-up of site directives;
- Monitor the progress of the work and the budget for the various projects;
- Communicate with the various stakeholders to carry out the projects.
Candidate Profile
- Have a university degree or a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent;
- Be perfectly bilingual;
- Good communication and conflict resolution skills;
- Knowledge of building and construction;
- Have good time and schedule management skills.
