Our client located in Longueuil is currently looking for an Estimator / Project Manager in the mechanical field: plumbing, HVAC, process mechanics or industrial piping.
Our client is a dynamic young company in full expansion specialized in the manufacture and installation of stainless steel equipment for the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical sectors.
Responsibilities:
• Read and analyze plans and specifications (industrial)
• Preparation of estimation files (taking quantities and evaluation of material costs, labor, equipment, subcontracting, project schedules, etc.)
• Work in collaboration with the site team leader
• Ensure the day-to-day coordination of projects
• Ensure the quality of the work according to the company’s standards by carrying out site visits
• Manage and track approval of shop drawings, materials and samples
Requirements:
· College or University studies in process mechanics, building mechanics or mechanical engineering (asset)
· Relevant Experience in Estimating
· Knowledge of construction and building mechanics (asset)
· Knowledge of construction site (asset)
· Proficient in MS Office, AutoCad and General Estimator (asset)
