Complex or technical positions don’t worry us, quite the contrary! The same is true for highly specialized jobs. We simply see them as a challenge. Any mandate entrusted to Recruscope includes the following five phases:
1. Analysis and meeting
We conduct a meticulous analysis of your needs in close collaboration with your HR department and the direct supervisor. At a first meeting, we gain a clear understanding of the mandate for a position to be filled and of the target candidate’s profile.
2. 360˚ search
We then take action, calling on our networks, our expertise and our inventories of candidates. We also explore all available platforms to locate the best candidates, including the LinkedIn social network.
3. Directly approaching candidates
We personally call potential candidates at their workplace to determine their level of interest. We conduct a first telephone interview with the most promising among them, followed by a preliminary meeting with those showing the most potential.
4. Personalized approach with the employer
We provide you with a verbal or written report―your choice―on the candidate selected for an interview. You thus have all the necessary information in hand when you meet your candidate. We also plan the meetings and help you conclude the hiring: salary expectations, definition of duties, or any other issue.
5. Regular follow-ups during the hiring process
We provide you with a weekly activity report on the progress made in the recruiting process, hear your news, and remain in contact.
