Recruit EmploymentRecruscope is recruiting for a dynamic and growing client, specializing in the design and production of innovative vehicles incorporating advanced technologies. Position Summary:
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be at the heart of the design and production of electrical systems for the company’s vehicles. You will actively participate in innovative projects, such as battery optimization and autonomous system integration, in close collaboration with the engineering, sales and production teams.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Participate in the development and continuous improvement of products.
  2. Collaborate in the commissioning of products and act as a resource person when necessary.
  3. Plan projects and monitor schedules and budgets.
  4. Design electrical schematics and select components according to requirements.
  5. Make electrical harness designs.
  6. Develop and implement test protocols to ensure vehicle reliability and performance.

Qualifications:

  • More than 5 years of experience in electrical engineering.
  • Member in good standing of the OIQ.
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and electricity.
  • Knowledge of C++ programming (an asset).
  • Experience with autonomous systems or vehicles (an asset).
  • Proficiency in the Office suite.
  • Valid driver’s license (mandatory).
  • Advanced oral and written English (mandatory).
