Job Description
Would you like to progress quickly as a headhunter in a firm specializing in the recruitment of middle and senior executives? This position will offer you a lot of autonomy and an advantageous remuneration if you have a strong sales profile and like business development. You will also need to be tactful, courteous and interpersonal. Recruscope is looking for an experienced, go-getter and determined Headhunter in the industrial, manufacturing, engineering and construction fields. The ideal candidate must be endowed with a good listening ability and able to conclude the hiring process to the satisfaction of all parties. The Headhunter will work remotely, under the supervision of an experienced recruiter.
Key responsibilities
- Business development and prospecting to find new recruitment mandates
- Meet potential customers virtually or in person
- Conduct targeted social media searches, triage resumes, contact candidates by email and phone
- Assess candidates’ qualifications and motivations through virtual interviews
- Make the necessary checks and make recommendations
- Coordinate your interventions with an experienced account manager
- Present successful applications to clients and build trust with them
- Accompany selected candidates throughout the recruitment process
Candidate Profile
- Professional experience of 2 to 3 years in a recruitment firm or a company
- Be able to manage multiple files at once and establish ongoing communications
- Enjoy developing business relationships and networking
- Demonstrate analytical mind and good organizational sense
- Be able to make clear recommendations and advise the parties well
- Holding a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is an asset: Bac Adm. or HR
- Work in French, functional English
