Job Summary

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for managing operations and teams on the evening shift. They ensure productivity, quality, and health & safety objectives are achieved while fostering a respectful and high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise production operations in collaboration with team leaders.
Ensure resource availability (staff, equipment, materials).
Act as a coach and mentor to the teams.
Ensure compliance with work methods and HSE procedures.
Contribute to process optimization, training, and staff evaluation.
Plan schedules and adjust workforce levels as required.
Collaborate with quality, technical, maintenance, and logistics departments.
Lead daily team meetings and participate in production meetings.
Propose continuous improvement initiatives and support plant projects.

Desired Profile

Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Organized, autonomous, rigorous, and proactive.
Comfortable with IT tools (MS Office; MRP system is an asset).
5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (non-unionized).
