Our client, a general maintainer located in the West Island of Montreal who offer construction services, is looking for a sales representative who will promote and sell the company’s services. Here is a position that will allow you to leverage your talent as a developer in the commercial, institutional and residential construction sectors within a well-established company. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and ambitious person, autonomous and dynamic, who likes to work in a team. To fulfill their future mission, the candidate will need to demonstrate strong skills in developing successful business partnerships. His main role will be to participate in the next stage of the company’s growth in Quebec and Ontario. This is a full-time job.
Key responsibilities
- Develop business relationships that will lead to business opportunities in the commercial, retail and healthcare sectors;
- Develop qualified prospects through real estate relationships and networking within different types of associations;
- Develop innovative public relations and effective promotional programs to interest companies and generate new business potential;
- Participate in the establishment of management costs in construction projects and collaborate in contract negotiations.
Candidate Profile
- Strong ability to develop new business opportunities;
- High communication skills since it is through negotiation that you will be able to develop these business opportunities;
- Ability to work well in a team, but very autonomous and able to take personal initiatives;
- Motivated to develop existing businesses and find new market pathways;
- Fluency in Oral and Written French and English;
- First-level university degree in management, marketing or equivalent experience. Holding an MBA is a plus.
