Our client, an international manufacturing company in the electrical field, is looking for a Sales Representative with a business development and acquisitions profile to sell electrical products to distributors and users.
The territory will be Montreal, Laurentians and Abitibi.
Under the direction of the Sales Manager, the External Sales Representative ensures the increase in sales volume by acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customers.
Specifically, your main responsibilities will be to:
Promote the business and equipment in the designated territory.
Solicit new customers in the territory.
Increase market share and sales based on sales targets.
Increase visibility with the various representative markets.
Be on the lookout for business opportunities in the territory.
Follow up with current and potential clients.
Participate in all business development activities.
Develop, in collaboration with the director, the commercial strategy and positioning of the company.
Prepare submissions and business proposals.
Coordinate sales efforts with members of the sales team and other departments.
3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience in the industrial, electrical, manufacturing or any other external sales experience will be considered.
Excellent communication skills with ability to make technical presentations.
Ability to build excellent professional relationships.
Excellent ability to work in a team.
