Our client, a company, located in Lévis is actively looking for a passionate and dynamic Human Resources Advisor wishing to contribute to the development and growth of the company.
Your challenge
Under the supervision and in collaboration with the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for recruiting the best talent and managing different mandates or projects in the field of Human Resources
As a Human Resources Advisor, you will be responsible for working and advising management teams to attract, hire and manage candidate banks.
The Human Resources Advisor has the role of HR generalist and plans, organizes, directs and controls human resources management activities.
Specifically, your main responsibilities will be to :
Provide HR advice and support to managers and HR at each of the assigned sites;
Respond to internal and external human resources requests;
Intervene in the various spheres of human resources, namely: staffing, organizational development, total rewards, labour law, HR programs and policies, OHS, HR software, etc.;
Develop and deploy HR strategies, programs and tools for the entire company;
Administer payroll and benefits;
Assist with recruitment and hiring;
Schedule appointments, meetings, and training for employees;
Assist with the onboarding of new employees and training;
Work on special projects in human resources.
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, administration or any other related discipline;
3 to 5 years of experience in talent recruitment or human resources in a rapidly changing environment or competitive market;
Minimum of one year of experience in recruiting professionals specialized in the field of sales and customer service;
Good skills to conduct interviews and assessments.
