Our client, a well-established company in the industrial and heavy equipment sector, is currently looking for a Parts Clerk to join its team in Baie-Comeau.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise customers at the counter and by phone
- Identify parts based on the needs of customers and technicians
- Conduct searches using parts catalogs and computer systems
- Prepare orders and follow up on parts
- Assist with inventory management and receiving of merchandise
- Maintain excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the service and operations departments
Required Qualifications
- Experience in parts, mechanics or industrial customer service
- Knowledge of the heavy equipment or mechanical industry is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Comfortable using computers
